Once again a not-so-manic Monday

Everything about today was awesome. I made progress on the job that starts in January, heard back from an interested publisher, gave food to a homeless man, biked down to Monterey, had Chinese food that I was craving, took a nap, tried an awesome coffee sampler, went to class that got out early and am eating an eggplant lasagna dish I made yesterday.

Everything about today makes me smile.

Eggplant sliced and baked with olive oil and garlic salt layered with butternut squash sauce, hard boiled egg, onion, spice and cheese is all about to be in my belly. It's weirdly delicious.
